Winfield man charged with child porn on iPhone – Chicago Tribune
A Winfield man was charged Tuesday with having child porn on his iPhone, court records show.
Harminder Singh-Heera, 23, is charged with three counts of possession of child pornography.
He posted an $8,000 bond Wednesday.
Singh-Heera knew a victim in an unrelated crime. Northwest Indiana Major Crimes Task Force detectives wrote they found two videos when Singh-Heera gave police permission on Feb. 28, 2023 to search his phone in their case.
Both depicted girls in “sex acts” with adult men, the affidavit states. Their identities were unknown.
His next court appearance is not yet set.
